The Gathering is the perfect album to put on at a party. Released in 2000, it contains an energetic and diverse mix of Celtic / Country / and World music songs.
The title track was used as the ABC’s ID logo for about a year and the TV advert for the station featured the BordererS performing whilst surrounded by hundreds of people.
Bootscootin’ Woman and Hot Love ( the cover of the Marc Bolan song ) were big hits with the linedancers in the UK, and became the number 1 dances for a long time.
